Felony Bail Bonds in Ohio
WHAT ARE FELONY BAIL BONDS?
A felony is a crime that involves violence and is punishable by imprisonment for up to a year or until death. A felony is much more severe than a misdemeanor, and generally, with a felony, you’ll spend time in prison versus when you are charged with a misdemeanor and may spend time in jail. A felony is a category of crimes that were committed that are serious offenses. For instance, crimes that are considered to be felonies include: kidnapping, homicide, robbery, fraud, assault, and conspiracy. When your loved one is faced with a felony bail bond, they have probably been charged with one of the above six categories. When you find out that a loved one has been arrested for a felony, there will be a bail hearing, and then our bail bonding agents are able to step in once the bail is set. A felony is a very serious offense and should be treated with caution. If you have any questions about felony bail bonds, please contact us.
