Immigration Bonds

IMMIGRATION BONDS

Immigration bonds are for the release of a person from the custody of Homeland Security, who’s been arrested for unlawfully living in the United States.

For Immigration bonds to be posted, the full 10% of the bond along with collateral valued at the full amount of the bond is required. These cases can last years, so it is important that the collateral used to secure the bond can hold is value for this lengthy process.
